My daughter and I came into Vancouver from Chilliwack this Saturday last to do some Christmas shopping, when we began to experience troubles with my Chev pick-up. Luckily the troubles started almost in front of your dealership. We dealt with William Reyes of your service department. I would like to say that I was very pleased with the service
provided by Mr. Reyes. While our truck was being looked at he arranged for a ride down to Robson so we could complete our shopping. He also arranged for a courtesy vehicle when it became evident that the repairs would be lengthy, and he did this despite your regular rental dealer being closed for the day. As a result we were able to return home to Chilliwack. Never a perfect day when your vehicle breaks down, but it was made less unpleasant due to Mr. Reyes great service. Please pass on our appreciation to him. Merry Christmas.

Dear Peter, Patrick, Joe & Danny,
Just a brief note to say thank you for making our recent car purchase a delightful one!
We believe we told you that David’s dad was a Chevrolet dealer in Montreal from 1956-1990. David worked for him for about nine years, until he, Janet and their two children moved th Vancouver in 1982. There was an old saying way back in 1956, and it is true today, that nest to buying a house, buying a new vehicle is the biggest purchase one usually makes in a lifetime. And people get nervous.
We just wasn’t you to know that each one of you put us at ease each step of the way, having been in the automobile business for years, David has observed all kinds of sales and closing technics and pressures. OK, Peter has his ways of getting our signature on the dotted line, but he did it with style and grace. Thanks Peter.
Danny took David on his first road test, but was not available when we returned for a second look. Tis time Patrick showed us the 2012 Buick Enclave. It was little too much vehicle for us. To make a longer story shorter, Patrick, and the Peter (we used to call the “closers”) guided to the Traverse that we purchased. Thanks Danny, Patrick, and Peter.
Then, of course, we were led to Joe, The Business Manager. Cynical David was expecting all kinds of pressure to purchase all kinds of extras. It didn’t happen. How reminded me of the Business Manager who worked for my dad back in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. He explained what was available and why we might want to consider some of them. Throughout the process we always felt Joe has our best interests at heart. Thanks Joe.
Well, that’s about it for now. We look forward to hearing from Joe to finalize a few of the items that we showed us, as well as some additional dealer installed options that we would life.
