  1. Do you provide transportation within the area?
    Yes, we provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from a location of your choice within 15kms of the dealership.
  2. Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
    Yes, you can park your car on the lot next to our service drive; drop your keys off in our drop box which is located at the entrance door.
  3. Will my vehicle be taken in for service at my appointment time?
    When you arrive for your appointment you will meet with a service advisor, the advisor will take roughly 10-15 minutes to do a walk around of the vehicle with you. After the walk around is complete the advisor will address any issues with the vehicle. He or she will provide you with an estimate of the amount of time required.
  4. Do I need to book an appointment a couple days in advance?
    No, an appointment is not necessary. But we do recommend to book an appointment so we have an advisor ready to serve you after reviewing your vehicle history.
  5. Do you have wi-fi?
    Yes, we have high speed wireless internet dedicated to our customers
  6. What is the difference between Synthetic and Non-synthetic/Mineral Oil? Why is Synthetic more expensive?
    Pure Synthetic/Dexos Oil is a manufactured oil that does not include mineral oil. There are often blends of synthetic and non-synthetic oils. Pure Synthetic or Dexos oil tend to be more expensive than non-synthetic oils because they have a longer life and provide better lubrication qualities. Lubrication is very important to ensure long engine life.
  7. Can I get a Discount?
    Dueck provides all services at competitive rates, offering our customers with the best prices we can provide. Dueck also offers monthly specials and coupons- be sure to check our specials link!
  8. What is covered under warranty?
    GM Offers premium warranty coverage on vehicles. Not all warranties are the same. We recommend you check your owner’s manual, or call our customer service department at 1-888-810-3268. We have live representatives available from 8 AM- 6PM or you can email us at: service@dueckonmarine.com.
  9. How do you check tire pressure?
    If you have a proper tire pressure gage, you are able to check your tire pressure on your own! If not, stop by at any one of the three Dueck Auto Group locations, and we will check your tire pressure at no charge. Remember, tire pressure should be checked “cold”- ambient air temperature.
  10. How often should my tires be rotated?
    At Dueck we recommend ever 12,000 KM under normal conditions.
  11. How do I know when I need to change my Brake Pads?
    Dueck recommends you have your brakes inspected by certified technicians during regular maintenance. When you hear a squeaking noise when you brake- it is a good sign that you need to change your brake pads- and possibly the rotors. Having to replace the rotors can be very expensive- we suggest regular maintenance to ensure your brake pads are not damaging your rotors.
  12. How do I use my Dueck Dollars now that the program is over?
    Effective March 4, 2013, Dueck GM will be no longer offering sales and service reward dollars on retail service transactions. The Dueck Auto Group will be transitioning to a new customer incentive program and the details of this new program will be available shortly. We want to assure you that while Dueck Rewards points are no longer available, your Dueck Rewards Earnings are protected until September 30, 2013. Your Service Dueck Rewards Earnings are available to redeem towards retail service work performed on your vehicle until September 30, 2013.
    Your Sales Dueck Rewards Earnings can also be redeemed toward the purchase of a new vehicle (maximum $500 per vehicle purchase) until September 30, 2013. The process to redeem your Earnings remains the same. Anytime up until September 30, 2013, you will have the ability to redeem your remaining Dueck rewards Earnings. On October 1st 2013, the Dueck Rewards program will conclude and all earnings will no longer be honoured.
